水热合成YbMnO3纳米颗粒和YbMn2O5纳米线
SELECTIVE SYNTHESIS OF YbMnO3 NANOPARTICLES AND YbMn2O5 NANORODS VIA A SIMPLE HYDROTHERMAL METHOD
摘要
Abstract
Pure hexagonal phase YbMnO3 nanoparticles and orthorhombic phase YbMn2O5 nanorods have been successfully synthesized with a simple hydrothermal processing.The assynthesized samples were characterized with X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,selective area electron diffraction and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy.The influence of reaction time,reaction temperature and the concentration of NaOH on the phase structure of YbMnO3 were investigated.A dissolution-nucleation-recrystallization mechanism was proposed for the formation of YbMnO3 nanoparticles and YbMn2O5 nanorods under hydrothermal synthesis condition.关键词
