摘要
Abstract
In practical engineering applications the irregular motion of plate brought significant interference to the accurate measurement of flatness. How to reject the interference has became the urgent problem to be address. By studying the theory of local feature and motion compensation,this paper presents a feature point motion compensation model. Fisrt, detect and describe the feature points of continuous image frames,obtain the descriptor vector congregation of feature points. Second, establish the transform equation of the adjacent image frames based on the matching feature points. Finally,calculate the motion compensation data from the transform relationship matrix through probability forecasting model. The experiment shows that this model has a relatively high accuracy.关键词
