摘要

Abstract

Curve profile error is a geometric error used widely and difficult to measure and e-valuate. To conduct the probe radius compensation, measured data was preprocessed before the curve profile error evaluation. To eliminate the pose error resulted from the deviation between the measured and design data, optimization model of the error separation was given. The solution of the pose error and the curve profile error was obtained through a series of differential coordinate transformations based on the little error hypothesis and the little deviation hypothesis. The feasibility was proved by the calculation and the error curves comparison of the computer emulation in VC environment.
