Abstract
This research is trying to analyze the later one, and do an empirical research on some of them. The results have theoretical value and practical meanings. This article is divided into two parts. The first part based on the studies of factors of moral judgments, and the fields of psychology, organizational behavior and other related subjects, puts forward factors of moral evaluation, including characteristics of actors, action, environment that actors are in and characteristics of evaluators. The second part verifies the effects of locus of control and Machiavellianism on moral evaluation by using T test of SPSS. Conclusion confirms that locus of control has a positive correlation with moral evaluation; Machiavellianism has a negative correlation with moral evaluation. When predicts the moral evaluation to their behavior, company needs to consider its own characteristics, action, their own environment and characteristics of evaluators. Moreover, different people of locus of control and Machiavellianism will give different evaluations, which should attractive companies' attention.关键词
