基于性能退化数据的加工中心的可靠性评估
RELIABILITY EVALUATION ON MACHINING CENTER BASED ON PERFORMANCE DEGRADATION DATA

Abstract
In the product does not appear failure,we conducted the mechanical stress simulation loading test of machining center based on the concept of performance degradation reliability evaluation. The performance degradation data of the machining center ocation accuracy and reocation accuracy was measured by laser tester. The measuring data was collated, and it as be the performance degradation features quantity of the machining center. We built the performance degradation mathematical model and calculated the false failure life by using the grey theory. Finally, using the Webayes Method and as the minimum false failure life as the model features life, we carried out reliability evaluation of the machining center.关键词
