Abstract
In this paper, we set up spur gear three-dimensional solid model in virtue of Pro/E software, and through the import function in ANSYS software, established a spur gear of the three-dimensional finite element model. In virtue of finite element model of gear dynamic modal analysis, find all the gear natural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode, it can be used in the mechanical design process to respond to the external excitation frequency to avoid the theoretical natural frequency of gear reference, where the drive gear to avoid the resonance phenomenon. The results also determined to solve the maximum von Mises stress and stress distribution, and the design of the gear mechanism provides a theoretical basis.关键词
