NONLINEAR VIBRATION AND CHAOS PHENOMENA OF THE NONCONSERVATIVE SIMPLY SUPPORTED BEAM
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the dynamical characteristics of simply supported beams subjected to uniform follower force are investigated. The nonlinear dynamical equations of the beams are established, and the partial differential equations are transformed into the ordinary differential equation by Galerkin method. The nonlinear dynamical behavior like chaos is identified, and the effect of uniform follower force to the dynamical behavior of the beams is analyzed.关键词
