黄芪注射液对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠行为及海马区SOD活力和MDA含量的影响
The effect of astragalus injection on the behavior and SOD activity and MDA content of hippocampus in chronic stress depression rats
摘要
Abstract
By establishing the model of chronic stress depression in rats, the effect of astragalus injection on the behavior (include body weight, open field test and sugar consumption), SOD (superoxide dismutase, SOD) activity and MDA(maleic dialdehyde, MDA)content of hippocampus in chronic stress depression rats are examined. The results show that after treatment of 21d with astragalus injection, the body weight, score in open field test and dose of sugar consumption increase significantly (P<0. 01) compared with depression model group rats; compared with depression model group rats, the enzymatic activity of SOD increase ( P < 0. 05 ) and MDA content decrease significantly ( P < 0. 05 ) in astragalus injection rats. The results indicate that astragalus be capable of protect neuron avoid the damage further by increasing the oxidize reaction and removing free radical of organism.关键词
