Abstract
Inter-basin water diversion is a necessary choice to mitigate the shortage of natural water in north area. However, the benefits of water-supply could not be steadily played due to impropriate price mechanism as well as long-time losses. Therefore, two-part water price which is more scientific and more rational should be carried out on iner-basin water diversion project. The two-part water price that was suitable for different segments of the inter-basin water diversion was analyzed, and the feasible method of calculation was put forward in this paper, so as to provide a methodological support for water price maker to set and adjust water price.关键词
