摘要

Abstract

Dealing properly with the wear parts of shafting is very important for the safe operation of the steam turbine u-nits. In order to get a more scientific and rational processing scheme, a FEM model is built for the wear parts of shafting using the software ANSYS; by setting appropriate boundary conditions, factor of stress concentration of wear parts for different processing schemes is studied and it provides the basis for scheme optimization. As an example, the processing schemes are optimized for the wear-out failure of a power plant. The results show that the optimized scheme greatly reduces the factor of stress concentration, which provides reliable and safe unit operation. The study proves that the method is feasible and can be used for processing of other similar failure.
