Reliability Prediction for Circuit of Penetration Fuze
摘要
Abstract
Reliability prediction of fuze circuits plays an important role in the entire design process of fuze. The reliability prediction is a complex process, in which there are the option of reliability parameters, the establishment of reliability models and the calculation of reliability. The different prediction methods are used in different stages of the fuze design. In order to predict the reliability of the penetration fuze circuit, the diagrams of the reliability are drawn and the suitable parameters are chosen according to the diagrams of the designed fuze circuit. The circuit reliability in different design period is predicted by different ways.关键词
