摘要

Abstract

In order to eliminate the over current failure in production line, the supply circuit for klystron filament and warm-up current curve is analyzed. A sound alarm device was designed and made after several key parameters were fixed. The device is mainly composed of Hall sensor CSM020B, operational amplifier LM324 and oscillator 555. It can make a continuous or discontinuous sound in the case of innormal current. The alarm device has worked well since it is on duty in a test equipment, which stops damaging the products by over current. It can be used for other function alarms if the sensor is replaced.
