miR-95在子宫内膜癌组织的表达及临床意义

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of miR-95 in the tissue of endome-trial cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: Sixty -six cases of tissue specimens and para-cancerous tissues were collected from September 2007 to December 2009. ISH and qRT-PCR were used to detect miR-95 expression in those specimens. Results: The positive expression rate of the miR-95 detected by ISH was 25. 76% in control and 75.76% in endometrial cancer. The expressions of miR-95 detected by qRT-PCR were 1. 65±0. 11,2. 92±0. 27,3. 44±0. 29,and 5. 12±0. 41 times in stage Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ , and Ⅳ endometrial cancer, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) and interclass of Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ ,and Ⅳ stage was statistically significant (P<0. 01). miR-95 expression was 5. 16±0.46 and 2. 39±0. 31 times in the endometrial cancer with lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P<0. 01). miR-95 expression was not associated with differentiation degree. miR-95 expression was 3. 94±0. 58,3.70±0. 45 in group I and II of endometrial cancer respectively,and it was not associated with group,miR-95 expression was 3. 69 ±0.44,3.73±0.41 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and non endometrioid adenocarcinoma,and it was not associated with pathological type,The difference were not statistically significant(P>0.05). The higher mortality was associated with higher expression of miR-95 as analyzed by Kaplan-Meier survival curves. Conclusions:miR-95 may play an important role in the carcino-genesis,and metastasis of endometrial cancer,and it could be an indicator in the diagnosis and prognosis of endometrial cancer. miR-95 can be used as a potential target of therapy and a predictive biomarker.关键词
