Abstract
Objective;To investigate the role of CD4+CD25 +regulatory T cells(CD4+ CD25 + Treg)in mechanism of the recurrent implantation failure(RIF). Methods; The expression rates of CD4+CD25+Treg in peripheral blood were determined by double-labeled flow cytometric analysis from 12 RIF women, 15 implantation pregnant women and 15 normal non-pregnant women. Results: The expression frequency of CD4+CD25+Treg cells in RIF women (0. 80 ± 0.56)% was lower than that of the normal non-pregnant women(4. 05±0. 91)% and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The expression frequency of C D4+C 1)25 + Treg cells in implantation pregnant women(11.01 ±2. 09) % was higher compared to the RIF women and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05) . Conclusion; The results suggest that downregulation of CD4+CD25 + Treg may be associated with RIF which may provide theoretical basis for the immunotherapy.关键词
