抑制素基因769G→A突变与宁夏人群卵巢早衰的关系
Relationship between the 769G→A variants of inhibin gene in Ningxia Chinese women with premature ovarian failure.
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To investigate whether the inhibin alpha gene(INHa)769 G- A mutation is present in Ningxia Chinese women with idiopathic premature ovarian failure (POF). Methods;Polymorphism 769G-*A of INHa gene was reserched in 63 patients with POF and 62 control women. INHa was amplified by PCR-RFLP. Results; Heterozygosity for substitution 769G--A was found in 8 of 63 women with POF( 12. 69% ) ,3 of 62 control women (4. 84% ). No significant difference was detected between allelic frequencies of the INHA promoter variants between POF patients and controls (P = 0.13). Conclusion: The results indicate that 769G->A variants of INHa gene may be associated with POF disease in Ningxia Chinese women.关键词
