Abstract
Although ground-based midcourse defense ( GMD) System was deployed at the end of 2004 , it has not been delivered to the army at present; it is managed and maintained by missile defense agency (MDA). According to system readiness assessment (SRA) to GMD, it can be concluded that GMD is still in a developing and demonstrating phase.关键词
