Abstract
This paper analyzed harmonious transportation and sustainable transportation and low-carbon transportation development idea,and studied how to implement the low-carbon transportation development idea in traffic plan of building harmonious transportation and sustainable transportation.Research results could be taken as reference to harmonious transportation and sustainable transportation plan.关键词
