Abstract
BACKGROUND: Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs)from the mesoderm have the potential of multiple differentiations. It canOBJECTIVE: To make a review of ADSCs in the treatment of cerebral ischemia, and to analyze current problems and toprospect the future.METHODS: PubMed. CNKI. CAJ were retrieved by computer with keywords of "adipose-derived stem cells, adipose-tissue literatures included clinical research, basic research, and reviews. Repetitive researches were excluded, and 34 documents of them were involved for further analys is.RESULT SAND CONCLUSION: In recent years, many res ear ches show that ADSCs can promote the neurological function afterdifferentiate to neurons accurately in vivo is a focus of ADSCs in the treatment of cerebral Echemia.关键词
