摘要

Abstract

A method for determination of trace germanium by atomic fluorescence spectrometry is introduced in this paper.The decomposition process of marine sediment samples was analysised and confirmed Using a special method of Ge encoded hollow cathode lamp as excitation source of hydride generation,trace germanium in marine sediments was directly determinated directly.The detection limit of the method was 0.004μg/g,precision(RSD,n=12) was 2.444.37% and the average recovery rate was 98.2%.This method is reliable and practical through the testing of standard sediment samples
