Determination of Borate in Food by Ion Chromatography
摘要
Abstract
A method for the determination of borate in food by ion exclusion chromatography with suppressed conductivity was developed.Sample was injected by simple sample pretreatment.Chromatographic separation was performed on a Dionex IonPac ICE-Borate column,2.5mmol/L MSA+60mmol/L Mannitol eluent was used at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The linear ranges of the method for borate was 0.025.00 μg/mL,the correlation coefficients were 0.9997,and the detection limits(S/N=3) of borate was 0.01 μg/mL.The method was successfully applied to determine borate in real samples.The recoveries of borate after spiking was between 85.0 % to 92.5 %.This method is rapid,simple and suitable for the determination of real samples关键词
