Abstract
In the process of MS(Mass Spectrometry) development,it is always the most challenging topic how to obtain the MS information of macromolecules.In the past twenty years,there has been great development in the MS research of macromolecules,including FAB,LC-MS,MALDI-TOF and MALDI-TOF/TOF technologies.These technologies have made great contribution in polymer science development,in terms of structural determination of biomacromolecules,structural and end-group determination of high polymers,sequential structure and composition of co-polymers.This article highlights the technical advantage and application of MALDI-TOF MS in macromolecular analysis through specific examples.关键词
