Abstract
Electrochemical immunosensors have played a significant role in the transition towards point-of-care diagnostic devices.Modern electrochemical immunosensors offer remarkable sensitivity essential for early cancer detection.The coupling of electrochemical devices with nanoscale materials offers a unique multiplexing capability for simultaneous measurements of multiple tumor markers.The attractive properties of electrochemical immunosensors are extremely promising for improving the efficiency of cancer diagnostics and therapy monitoring.This brief review focuses on the current research of immunosensors for tumor markers based on the electrochemical detection with emphasis on recent advances,challenges,and trends.关键词
