摘要
Abstract
A new developed high sensitivity membrane introduction mass spectrometer is introduced.A sheet of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) membrane is used as sampling interface,coupling combined with single-photon-ionization orthogonal acceleration time-of-flight mass spectrometer.the mass accuracy and resolution are better than 1×10-4 and 600,respectively.The response times for benzene,xylene and chlorobenzene are all shorter than 20s,and the limits of detection for them are 6ppb,17ppb,24ppb,respectively.Linear detection range of this instrument can be reached 3 orders of magnitude,and very suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis.The results indicate that it has a great application potential for fast and on-line analyzing VOCs in environment.关键词
