摘要
Abstract
Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometer TRITON has extremely high requirements on the ion source chamber.Once the chamber leaks,it will result in the instability of ion flow or even failure of high-voltage spark,etc.At the very least,it cannot collect data and the spectrometer cannot work properly,and it will result in the broken of the spectrometer in a clumsy way.This paper provides a detailed description of this usual phenomenon,and gives profound analysis of the failure causes.It confirms that the sealing performance deterioration of the drive axle of the sample wheel causes the leakage.In order to save costs and get the spectrometer resume its normal work as soon as possible,the author decided to disassemble and fix the spectrometer by himself and record the whole procedure with pictures.关键词
