摘要

Abstract

Dual-coil piston Magnetorheological(MR) damper is a device which controls the output damping through magnetic field produced by excitation coils.But winding method of excitation coils directly influences magnetic field distribution and response time of MR damper.Based on the study of performance models,this paper,aiming at optimizing the damping and dynamic performance,analyzes the magnetic field distribution of damping clearances and response time of control circuit affected by multiple winded methods of dual excitation coils.And taking the electrical load and power loss of external control circuit,we can learn that the subtractive series of dual excitation coils is the best method.This study provides a reference for structural design and parametric optimization of MR damper.
