摘要
Abstract
Objective The application of HPLC and LC-MS in the determination and analysis of oligosaccharides are introduced.Methods Relevant articles from China and abroad over the past decade are analyzed,arranged and summarized.Results HPLC can meet the requirements of separation,analysis and detection of different oligosaccharides by combining with various separation modes and detection methods.HPLC-MS will certainly increase the efficiency of separation and analysis.Conclusion HPLC and LC-MS have the advantages of high sensitivity,high selectivity and use extensively.With the daily improvement of HPLC and LC-MS,their applications in the determination and analysis of oligosaccharides will be more widely.关键词
