Analysis of Factors Influencing the Dynamic Performance and Stability of Pedestal Systems

Abstract
In this paper, a mechanical-electronic coupling model is built, in order to study the dynamic performance of pedestal mechanical-electronic coupling systems more deeply, especially the influences on stability made by structural parameters and emendation meshwork parameters. A mechanical-electronic coupling system model is built based on an airborne radar pedestal mechanical-electronic coupling system, according to practical application. The model is with consideration of time-variation rigidity, profile gap, damping, bearing support rigidity, and friction when gears joggle, it also takes electric current emendation circle parameter into account. It adopts PID closed loop control system. The analysis result of dynamic performance is basically inosculated with object test result. The maximal error of indexes is less than 10%. System stability is influenced by varieties of factors which also have rules. The study result has theory instructional effect on optimal design and system debugging of pedestal systems.关键词
