Development of L-band Small-sized Space-borne T/R Module
摘要
Abstract
A L-band small-sized space-borne T/R module is introduced in this paper. With the use of LTCC, micro-assembly packaging technology, high-integrated pre-amplifier module, high-energy capacitor and framework optimization, a T/R module with weight of less than 600 g and peak power of over 100 W is realized. The multipaction design and stabilization design are also involved in this T/R module, which effect is proved in the sample test.关键词
