Abstract
After the Cold War,the geopolitical environment changed greatly in the South China Sea as the international situation varied.Along with those changes,the South China Sea made a new adjustment in its policy.＂Shelving disputes and Joint development＂ was formally established.At the same time,the Chinese government also attached importance to the construction of maritime legislation and maritime hard power,and launched positively multilateral negotiations with those controversial parties on a bilateral basis.This paper aims to analyse the new changes in the South China Sea policies and envisage its trend of future development based on the characteristics presented in its geopolitical environment after the Cold War.关键词
