Abstract
Career planning and management includes self management and organization management.The common point should be found according to the needs from the units and the needs from the individuals.To be more creative to provide more prefessional channels for the staff,to pay much attention to in-service education,to encourage staff to attach more importance to career planning and management are the ways.关键词
