Abstract
The questionnaire is employed to investigate the factors of the ＂senior phenomena＂ by the Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）. Each factor is assigned a value, and the main factors of the senior education are founded by sorting and analyzing according to their weights. Some suggestions are presented as reference for the senior education at last.关键词
