Abstract
Political thought of Kingdom of Shuhan is characteristic of the times features and regional features. Owing to loose social control and increasing social need, the alonehonored Confucianism is challenged, and the criminal law and the philosophy of war are gradually valued. However, Confucianism which is split into New Text School, classical learning based on earlier texts and mystical Confucianist belief was still in dominant position. The histories of the Eastern Han Dynasty and the Western Han Dynasty became important governing tools, which is one of characteristics of political thought of Kingdom of Shuhan.关键词
