旅游本科专业“四位一体”人才培养模式探究
Research on the Integrated Training Mode in Tourism Undergraduate Education
摘要
Abstract
The imbalance and mismatch of supply and demand on tourism talents are one of the main problems in tourism industry.The root causes for this problem is the current training mode,which needs to be improved and optimized in many aspects,such as the professional training objectives,the curriculums,the training materials,the teachers and the training mode,etc.In view of this,the author puts forward an new training mode,which is based on indoor teaching and promoted by skill training,with the aim to develop innovative tourism talents.Specifically,the author integrated ＂Class,School,Industry,Society＂ as the combined training subjects for this training mode to realize the integration of industry,education and research,which is more open and extensive in tourism talent training.关键词
