Abstract
With rapid development social economy,antique trade increasingly becomes a new mode of investment.In current antique markets,antique treasures and all sorts of counterfeits mix up.Moreover,loss of legislation intensifies false prosperity of antique market.It paraphrases the usage of the particular trade,analyzes some existing fraudulent factors and governs corresponding legal bases to the proper application of the usage of the particular trade.关键词
