摘要
Abstract
The phenomenon that university graduates in grass-roots reselect jobs in developed cities attracts extensive attention of the society.It reveals that higher education reform does not meet needs of economic development.It is essential that the government should further support,cultivate and develop the tertiary industry in mid-west and underdeveloped areas,create a favorable system environment for university graduates＇ employment in grass-roots units.For the same reason,universities should strengthen education reform and career counseling to ensure students＇ future employment or enterprise starting after graduation.关键词
