生姜内生菌多样性及微生物拮抗作用的初步研究
The Diversity of Endophytes in Ginger and Screening of the Antagonism
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]In order to acquire the information about the diversity of endophytes in Ginge and their function, strains were isolated and identified. [ Method ] Strains were isolated by using five different isolation media, and different phenotypes were chosen for 16S rRNA gene sequence and systematic analysis, which was based on their morphology and ARDRA analysis. In addition, all isolates were tested in antimicrobial experiments. [Result]Twenty -three endophytes were isolated from ginger, and eight strains were sequenced and analyzed. The result showed that strains fall into Pseudomonas genus, Bacillus genus, Brachybacterium genus,Stenotrophomonas genus and Rahnella genus. No fungus was found,but most isolates can produce antibiotics. [ Conclusion]There was a poor diversity of endophytes in Ginge, but endophytes in ginger may be a great source in the research of the agricultural microbiology.关键词
