摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The project aimed to study the morphological indexes and difference of drought -resistance under drought - stress of winter wheat. [ Method ] Related indexes had been analyzed in the way of small area experiment connected with dry climate experiment in lab during the germination stage and in the field during middle -late growing period. [ Result]There were extremely significant or significant correlation between the anti - stress indexes of the germination rate, germination energy, root number, colepptile length, rate of matter transport and drought - resistance, these indexes could be the indices to identify the drought resistance during the period of germination. Extremely significant or significantly correlation was also found between yield, height of plant, length of spike, number of spike and drought index, so these indexes could be the indices to identify the drought resistance during the period of middle - late growing period. There is no significant correlation between drought resistance at germination stage and middle - late phase, indicating that drought resistance at different stage is controlled by different genes or loci. [ Conclusion ] Each designation result of all stage should be considered respectively when estimating the drought resistance of winter wheat.
