Analysis of "2010.3.12" Regional Black Storm Energy and Unstable Conditions over Hotan of China
摘要
Abstract
Using automated ground observational data, MICAPS forecast products, and NCEP / NCAR 1°× 1° re-analysis data, the energy and unstable weather conditions of a regional black storm on March 12,2010 were analyzed. The results showed that: (1) The adjustment of the transformation from the zonal to the meridional circulation and the combination of the continuously reinforced northwestern frontal zone and the strong surface cold front provided the dynamical background for the outbreaking of black stormy weather. (2) Black stormy weather brok out in high energy and highly unstable atmospheric conditions. (3) Representatives for energy and the unstable conditions, including the helicity, available potential energy, convective inhibition index, crude Richardson number and the pseudo-equivalent temperature were consistent with the black stormy weather in terms of the time, the drop zone, the intensity evolution, and could provide good implications for the forecast .关键词
