Abstract
Abstract：This study aimed to select bacteria-degradation and set up foundation of optimization of production process of crop stalks feedstuff.Solid corn stalks enrichment medium was used to enrich culturing the 26 soil samples from Xinjiang at 25℃±1 for enrichment culture for 30 d,34 mildew which could been lived on sole carbon source was separated initially,and 34 mildew were separated and purificationed to get 14 mildew,which degradation rate beyond 3.5%were picked out after assaying the degradation rate of the 14 mildew,and then 4 mildew with the highest CMC activity were picked out（M3M42M6M21）.These selected 4 mildew were also preliminary identification.关键词
