Study on the Effects of Harvest Period and Enzyme on Corn Stalk Silage Quality
摘要
Abstract
With dough stage and full ripening stage corn stalk were used as materials,1,2 and 4kg/t Xiasheng enzyme was used to make silage,fermentation quality and nutrional value were evaluated after silage.The results showed that ADF and NDF contents declined significantly(P0.01).The addition of Xiasheng enzyme improved sensory quality of full ripening stage corn stalk,meanwhile,its ADF and NDF declined significantly(P0.01),CP content increased significantly(P0.01),however,the effect was poorer than dough stage without enzyme group.Therefore,harvest period is more important factor than silage enzyme,the best silage period of corn stalk is dough stage.关键词
