Abstract
Hybrid broilers ascites syndrome occurred in Wuwei city,and caused mortality of 10%~25%.30 infected broilers and healthy broilers were divided into two groups of A and B,the clinic anatomise results showed that compared with healthy birds,the number of red cell,the level of hemoglobin（Hb）,Polycythaemia Compress Volume（PVC） increased significantly.There were no significant difference in serum calcium and phosphorus,however,serum alkalescence phosphate enzyme increased significantly.Pathological examination showed that liver had enlargement,necrosis and hemorrhage,parenchyma cells had denaturalization.Kidney had enlargement and hemorrhage,denaturation of epithelial cells,gizzard layer had lesion,muscle layer had foci of hemorrhage,part of duodenum had hemorrhage,intestine had mucus contents.The cause of this disease lied in absence of oxygen and poisoning,absence of oxygen was the main reason.Poisoning of salt,aflatoxin and Furaxone,high level of protein in feed,absence of vitamin E and Selenium feed protein,which damaged the function of heart and liver,can lead to ascites.关键词
