摘要
Abstract
Combining with monitoring work in the lab every year,from 2007 to 2009,1342 serum samples were analyzed for classical swine fever vaccine immune antibody collecting from 95 large-scale raising farms and 41 farmers in Liangzhou area.The results showed that control effects of classical swine fever were remarkable,there was a ascending trend annually for antibody levels,vaccine immunity antibody levels of large-scale raising farms were higher than that of farms,antibody titers of two-time injection were significantly higher than one-time injection.Development of antibody monitoring provided scientific basis for cleaning subclinical infection pigs,checking immune effects and formulating rational immune programme,furthermore,it played active role for preventing classical swine fever and stabilize swine production in Liangzhou area.关键词
