腹腔内窥镜在绵羊冻胚移植中的应用研究
Application Study of Abdominal Endoscopy in Sheep Frozen Embryo Transplantation Sheep Lambing Rate
摘要
Abstract
A statistical analysis of different transplantation on lambing rate and working efficiency,incidence rate of reproductive disorder,receptor puerperal insufficient lactation was conducted.The results showed that lambing rate adopting abdominal endoscopy was higher than routine operating transplantation,however,there was no significant difference between groups（P〉0.05）.Obviously,abdominal endocopy was faster than routine operating method,which can improve working efficiency for 4 times.Incidence rate of reproductive disorder adopting abdominal endoscopy was lower than routine operating method（0.01P〈0.05）,moreover,it is uneasy to occurring uterus adhesion（P〈0.05）.Incidence rate of receptor puerperal insufficient lactation was remarkably lower than routine group（P〈0.05）.关键词
