超微绿茶粉对良凤花鸡脂类代谢的影响
Effect of green tea powders on lipometablism in Liangfeng Chickens
摘要
Abstract
The experiment was carried out to study the effect of dietary green tea powders on growth performance, lipometabolism and immunity function in liangfeng chickens. A total of 420 Liang-Feng broilers at 1-day-old were randomLy alloted into 7 treatments with 3 replicates in each treatment, 10 male broiler chickens and 10 female ones each replicate, all chickens of each group were freely accessible to the respective diets and water throughout the experiment. The pre-experiment duration was 3 days, from 13* day every broilers was weighted every 10d and recorded feed intake and body weight gain. The results showed that the increase in growth performance by addition of GTP to basal diet was not observed throughout the experiment. However, additional 1.0% of GTP to basal diet improved feed gain ratio in the second phase. In addition, serum TG, TC and LDL-C concentrations were decreased by dietary GTP, whereas, serum concentrations of HDL-C were increased significantly ( P<0. 05), percengtage of abdominal fat was also reduced by addition of GTP to basal diet (P<0. 05). The results from this experiment suggested that supplement of GTP to basal diet improved grouth performance, decreased percentage of abdominal fat content in chickens.关键词
