Curative effects of scopolamine combined with aminophylline on premature infants with primary apnea

Abstract
Objective To make comparison of the curative effects between scopolamine combined with aminophylline and only aminophylline on premature infants with primary apnea. Methods Sixty premature infants with primary apnea were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group of 30 cases received scopolamine combined with aminophylline and the control group of 30 cases received only aminophylline. The clinical curative effects in both two groups were analyzed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group( 93. 3% )was much higher than that of the control group of 66. 7% ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion Scopolamine combined with aminophylline can significantly improve the curative effects on premature infants with primary apnea.关键词
