摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the fundus fluorescein angiography( FFA Jfeatures of the discus opticus region in patients with intraocular foreign body( IOFB Jinjuries receiving vitrectomy. Methods Observation was made in 19 patients( 21 eyes Jwith IOFB injuries who received the vitrectomy and the examination of FFA 2-6 months after the operation. Results After the vitrectomy, hypofiuorescence occurred in the early phase in the discus opticus region of 5 eyes. And hyperfluorescence occurred in the later stage in the discus opticus region of 12 eyes. Conclusion Among the patients with IOFB injuries who received the vitrectomy,the ratio of those with abnormal fluorescent changes in discus opticus is quite high,which shows the ratio of injury in discus opticus blood vessel may be quite high after the vitrectomy. It may be one of the reasons for the occurrence of dysphotia after the vitrectomy.关键词
