摘要
Abstract
As an important tool to strengthen the hospital strategic management,the balanced score card( BSC )is widely used in health and medical institutions in our country and abroad. Based on the analysis of BSC theory, a hospital strategic map is drawn under the framework of BSC and some problems that should be paid attention during the application of this hospital strategic map are discussed in this thesis.关键词
