Abstract
Gas migration is a very serious problem with which gas well may confront and it can impact production operation safety. In order to solve first gas kick problem, the concept of cement slurry with short SGS transition time, high gas kick resistance, low volume shrinkage is proposed in this paper, which is based on blocking gas migration from interface and slurry matrix. By adding gas blocking material Al, A2 to improve the slurry properties, we compare 1# multifunction slurry with 2# gas blocking cement slurry and 3# normal cement slurry, and find out that the 1# multifunction slurry manifest better gas blocking properties. 1# multifunction slurry is also successfully applied in gas well D2-7, with the acceptability of cementing quality of 88%, and with no SCP has.关键词
