亚/超临界乙醇条件下杨木屑与甘油共液化研究
Liquefaction of Poplar Sawdust by Supercritical Ethanol and Glycerin

Abstract
Using sawdust (60-80 mesh) as raw material, glycerin as liquid agent, and acid as catalyst, Liquefied oil was made in the condition of supercritical ethanol. The result demonstrates that the degree of liquefaction was up to 98% under the reaction conditions of 2.5% sulfuric acid, glycerin/ethanol/sawdustas 5/10/2, and reaction temperature 250℃ for 1 h. Liquefied oil were measured that the water content was 3.04%, viscosity (20℃) was 524 mm^2/s, acid value was 2.1 mg KOH/g, the hydroxyl value was 846 mg KOH/g, and it was analyzed by IR. GPC and GC-MS. The results show that the product is rich in hydroxyl groups, Average molecular weight was 811, and polyester/polyether polyols were detected in the product like ethyl pentanoate, -4-oxo- and glycerin, -triethyl-, etc.关键词
