Abstract
The cellulose fiber was grafted by monomer ethyl methacrylate (EMA) in the FeE+-H2OE redox system using thiourea dioxide (TD) as the third component. Effects of the dosage of monomer EMA, H202 dosage, TD dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time, distilled water dosage on the grafting rate, the grafting efficibncy were discussed. The results showed that, the optimum process conditions of EMA grafted cellulose fiber were: cellulose 8 g, EMA 6 g, H2OE 0.02 g, TD 0.5 g, distilled water 150 mL, reaction temperature 50℃, reaction time 1 h. Infrared spectroscopy (IR), scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis testified that EMA were grafted onto the cellulose fiber.关键词
